Built a standalone business operating in 23 countries; €2,5 bln gross revenues, successfully raised €500M+ in equity and asset backed financing while leading the carve-out from LeasePlan.

Led the company’s sale to Bain Capital, recognized as one of the best M&A deals of 2018. Strengthened finance team
